Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
Thanks for the reply! The only supplements I take are the methylcobalamin and papaya enzyme (kicked the Tums routine with this stuff) for heartburn. I had my folate tested at the same time as my initial b12 test. It came back within the normal range. I'll bring up the tests you mentioned next time I...

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
Well I retested my B12 levels, my blood is running at 1400+! Likely my body isn't absorbing it? Should I push for a tissue test? Any other tests?

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
Well I began taking methylcobalamin a week ago. 2500mcg's per day for now, will bump it up to 5000 after I get used to taking it. Will take another blood test in about 2 months and post my results. I found this at Costco in a 300 count bottle for under $20. I do notice a perk in my energy level and ...

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
Well my father's b12 level is down to 150's and he eats plenty of meat. In my opinion it's starting to look like a hereditary malabsorption problem.

^exactly my concern regarding local seafood. Fuku is a terrible event in so many ways.
I'll look into nutritional values on the frozen pills and post them later on.

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
I have found pre packed frozen liver capsules, but I doubt the nutritional value is on par with fresh from the butcher. I could make them like I do my hemp seed oil pills. Also I live in Washington state, so my fishing opportunities are limitless. I'm thinking river trout as I would like to avoid oc...

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
I'm still thinking about raw beef liver put into vegetarian capsules :) I just like to gather as many perspectives as I possibly can. I'd like to treat it naturally without synthetic b12 if I can. On a side note, my mom has heart and brain aneurysms, and I'm reading b12 is a POTENTIAL culprit there ...

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
Just so you know, I'm now taking a sublingual B12 with folate. According to "Could It Be B12?" the combination was found to reduce homocysteine better than either B12 or folate taken separately. Cyano, hydro, or methyl? I'm currently taking methylcobalamin. It has 1000 µg. There is also 4...

Re: grandma's shaking head
Considering it's hereditary and previous generations in the family had cardiovascular issues cause death, I am advocating they get their levels checked as it seems their doctors ignore b12. Almost every member in my family exhibits symptoms outlined in 'could it be b12' as well as the video on yt. F...

grandma's shaking head
Well after all this site has taught me in regards to b12, I wanted to ask your opinions about my grandma. She is in her 70's, and has had a mild nodding shake in her head that has been going on for a year. She has been taking metformin for years and I know she uses tums. B12 deficiency causing tremo...

Re: are my syptoms Multiple Sclerosis?
I found some methylcobalamin losanges at the local health food store in 1000microgram dosage. What do you think?
