I was diagnosed in 2008. I did s strict diet for 5 years and was doing well. Mostly veggies, fruits, chicken and turkey - grain free. Terry Wahls is a great resource. She's a doctor who was diagnosed with MS. When I began Tecfidera 120mg I did fine - when bumped up to the 240 lots of issues. I email...
