Given your situation (night shift and inadequate dietary sources), I urge you again to ask your GP or neurologist for the 25-hydroxy vitamin D blood test (most insurance will cover it). And ask for your own copy of the test results! Wow! My neurologist continues to impress. I got a letter in the go...
