Yeah, it doesn't seem like there's much risk involved so, as far as I can tell anyway, it doesn't seem like it can hurt. I'll let you know if I notice any difference.

I think that the tests are still happening but no conclusive data has been released. I guess we're still in the waiting game but I check into it a couple times a year to see if anything new has developed.
