Hi Leo, I think you might be confusing two issues here. ATP is fundamental to how the body works. If you can’t make it on demand (as very little is stored) then you will fatigue. It would say it on the bottle/box. You can do a google or Amazon search to see what brands carry water and fat-soluble CoQ10.
