Thanks for your reply. Do you think it would be best if he won't/can't take it at the right time to just stop? I think that he is concerned that if he takes it at the appropriate time that it might effect his job, or at least how he feels while working. For those of you who take it and don't go to b...

What to do...?
Hello everyone. My husband has been taking LDN 3.0mg for the past three months. I will admit that he hasn't been overly faithful about taking it every night and he doesn't always take it at the same time. He works from 5pm until 3am and doesn't like to take it until he comes home for bed which can b...

Cost?
With Antegren around the corner, any ideas what the cost is going to be? I have heard as much as $30,000-$40,000 a year! I guess only time will tell, but for that kind of money, it better work!

How ironic that this was posted as I was just researching this. My husband was diagnosed with MS last March after having several years of annoying, yet mild symptoms. He was just 29 years old. Only a few months later his younger, 25 year old brother was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkins disease. He ha...

chest pains??
Anyone experience chest pains their first night on LDN? My husband started last night at 3.0mg and said he felt jittery, had a dry mouth and chest pains. He said it almost felt like indigestion, but it concerns me none the less. Will these other symptoms pass and should we be concerned? Thanks. Tara

Starting LDN...???
Hello everyone! My husband and I have an appointment this week with an MD who is willing to prescribe LDN. I am just so excited that I found someone locally who was willing to look at the information and support our choice to try it. For all of those that have been on it, is there anything specific ...

Thanks for finding the article. I have searched half the day and couldn't remember where I saw it. It did concern me a little, seeing that I have also heard here and there that the Phase III trials were not as good as originally hoped. But this is all hear say and until the results are officially pu...

Efficiency of Antegren
Hey! I just read an article that stated that Antegren was 30% more effective than placebo. I thought it was much more effective than that? Has there been new information released regarding how effective it is? I know the CRAB's are about 30% effective. Someone PLEASE tell me this was a typo and that...

Thank-you for replying and explaining. Our hopes have been on Antegren as well since my husband refuses to go on the CRAB's. I was just concerned that data was being manipulated to appear more effective that it actually was. You are right, a two week difference isn't too shabby. We are hoping for An...

Hello everyone! I am a caregiver of someone with MS. My husband was dx's almost one year ago. I can't believe that it has been that long already. We've had a pretty good year, some minor relapses, but mostly acceptance has been the hard part. I think that we might still be in denial (not that that i...

Antegren for Crohn's
Hey everyone! Is anyone else a little concerned about Antegren being approved for Crohn's? It was just a few months ago that it was reported that the Antegren study did not meet its designated endpoints and that it was a big disappointment for those with Crohn's. Now, just a few months later, it is ...

Does anyone have any information regarding this drug? It is going into Phase III trials and is an oral treatment for RR MS.
