Two years ago it WAS MS, last year it definitely WAS NOT MS, at the Rare Disease Symposium in Baltimore in July it was referred to as a Cousin of MS. I think they have now found that the NMO-IgG is more accurate at ruling out MS than ruling in NMO. Who really knows? I just wish there was more resear...
