It's a great idea but NO ONE in the US is going to risk it since Dake was shut down. And it's obvious he was shut down as I am sure if he had a choice and was going to voluntarily start a trial he would have at least finished this week's procedures. well sorry but the risks are there yes, but if nothing else works than a risk is worth it. and anyone taking this risk should have assumed all their own risks. if somebody blamed the hospital for this and caused the cancellation they should be ashamed of what they have done to all of the rest of us,...

This would not have been shut down with zero notice (i.e. people in the waiting room ready to go) without it being because of something major. I really HOPE that none of our pioneers that had problems threatened malpractice suits or anything which caused Stanford to order Dake to back down...........
