Y is Iron the Bad Guy & not Mercury or Lead toxicity? I

I have both, Why is Iron the culprit w/CCSVI but why aren't we hearing about Mercury/Lead toxicity? Which I have along with CCSVI and clot in stent. Are they not wanting to open that can of worms also? If we have a Iron problem you can bet $ on the other heavy metal also?

Re: update

I had the procedure June 3 by Dr Siskin. He put in 2stents in ILJV He gave me 3mos of Plavix, he doesn't like to use coumadin At my 4mo doppler, it showed a clot. I did have some small improvements after the first. Went back last wk to try to remove the clot Dr Siskin couldn't remove it. So I am gac...

blood thinners

From what I was given by Dr Siskin, it was only Plavix. As a result I ended up with a clot. From my understanding, he doesn't use blood thinners only Plavix, which is a shame.
Dr Dake is very aggressive with blood thinners when a patient gets a stent like myself
Good Luck with everything

Update----=- Went to the Cardio doc today, she put me on Coumadin. She said Plavix will not dissolve a clot. I just called the ph info listing. There is no listing for Dr Melling or Renewed Hope Clinic. Looks like it is closed or shut down.
Anyone know what happened or where he is?

I got 2 stents in the left jug, collar bone to jaw bone. I am glad I did, don't have to worry about restenosis. I was sore for 2-3wks. I had to watch my eating, talking, sleeping but now I forget about them most of the time. I also have to take Plavix for 3mos, again, not problems, just soreness. I k...
