I was thinking the same thing last night. What postures are good and not good for me in relation to venous return from my brain and spinal cord.

I was assessed in Buffalo as part of the BNAC study. Through the transcranial ultrasound I was found to have reflux in my deep cerebral veins. The ultrasound of my neck veins showed normal flow.
