msscooter,
I was thinking the same thing last night. What postures are good and not good for me in relation to venous return from my brain and spinal cord.
Kind regards,

I am on the list for the Sisken, Mandato, Englander clinic. Could part of the problem be that some people are signed up for the Mehta clinic?

I am Canadian and I received my first phone call back from Dr. Sisken's Albany clinic on June 3, 2010. I am on the waiting list but I have not yet received another phone call with an appointment date.

Thersa, If the only days you can't go to Albany are Dec. 7-8, then you can be pretty that's when your appointment will be. That's the way these things go. I'm just kidding. If that does happen I'm sure you can move the appointment back a day or two since they seem to make appointments in order. We ...

The poll should have said, "as a part of your assessment for CCSVI", not, "as a part of your treatment" I do not know how to change this. If anyone knows how they can pm me. Thanks.

transcanial ultrasound

I was assessed in Buffalo as part of the BNAC study. Through the transcranial ultrasound I was found to have reflux in my deep cerebral veins. The ultrasound of my neck veins showed normal flow. The research doctor told me that nothing could be done to treat that problem at this time. I am assuming ...

Dr. Sclafani, As many others with MS, I am extremely grateful for all your hard work and effort you have and you continue to put forth to study CCSVI and help those of us with MS. I have been fortunate to be a participant in one of the diagnostic CCSVI/MS studies at the Buffalo Neuroimaging Analysis...

Can someone please explain the rational starting from the left groin vs the right? Thank you.

Thank you Erica, Lucky Girl, I have emailed him. I hope that it does not take too long to hear back as his popularity is now well known and he is now incredibly busy. Probably still faster to see him than the waiting period in Canada with the research (2 to 4 years I've heard)and then the waiting li...
