Thanks for all the replies everyone. Much appreciated. A couple of thoughts from doctors.... I emailed the clinic where I had the procedure done, and they thought that the pain was likely to be psychogenic since it is still occurring more than 4 weeks post-procedure. I'm not sure what to make of thi...

Neck pain

Dr. Sclafani, Thank you for all the work you have put into answering our questions. I just wanted to ask one thing. I had balloon angioplasty of my left jugular vein in July 2010. I still have pain in that area on and off, every few days, particularly when I'm tired. I'm considering going back for a...

Neck pain where angioplasty took place-5 mths post procedure

Hi everyone, I underwent balloon angioplasty of my left jugular vein in July. I am still experiencing pain in the same area that the angioplasty was carried out. It's not constant but comes and goes and has done since July. I am considering going back for a checkup next month, with the option of fur...

Hi Blossom Thank you so much for the reply. It really encouraged me. I had hoped it was a good thing too and think what you've said makes sense. I just couldn't understand why the sensations were so strong. My left jugular was 70%blocked pre-procedure so maybe the changes in bloodflow are even more ...

good or bad feeling? do you have the use of your legs? Just a weird feeling! I would say bad more than good though... I think it would be best to not be able to feel anything? Yes, my legs are generally not too bad. Some cramping and weakness but I am still walking and my symptoms are invisible.

Post-procedure changes in blood flow in legs - anyone else?!

Hi everyone, I am four weeks post-procedure and am noticing strange sensations in my calves, and wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.... I'm finding it hard to find a doctor here to take CCSVI seriously so I don't hold out much hope for advice there! Basically, it feels lik...

My experience of LDN

Hi everyone, Just wanted to post my experience with LDN so far. I have just finished my first month of it. A little background.... I was diagnosed with MS in July last year after a very sudden onset of symptoms. Most cleared up pretty well (walking difficulties, speech problems, co-ordination etc) b...

Thank you so much pinksapphire. Overall cost seems good, and accommodation price is amazing, but the cost of diagnosis seems like a lot?

Thanks.
