Daily exercise in the early morning makes yourself fit and healthy. It is needed that your body get some warmup with the walk or run or with exercise in the cool early morning atmosphere gives the freshness and it helps to make your health better. It is suggested by the doctors also.
You should take care while exercising in gyp if you are suffering from such a breathing problem. The weight should be such that you can life without giving any stress to your body and breathe completely instead of short breathe. So take care while exercising.
