Makes sense

I've long wondered about the things they mention in this article. Like how come there is so much money going into research so that the scientists can "publish" but so little going into cooperation so they can actually find cures or treatments? Scott Johnson's approach makes way more sense.

I noticed the Mcdonald criteria asks about two or more 'attacks'. Im just wondering what qualifies as an attack? I can feel the tingling most days now but its mild. Some of the other issues are ongoing. Are they talking about flareups where the symptoms are more pronounced?
