If patients that underwent the procedure had definite differing results(even if worse) from placebo patients, isn't that further evidence that CCSVI definitely is related to MS?

Anyhow the pubmed study I posted in relation (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23365093) is from Jan-2013 and in the news recently as showing promise for PPMS patients. Continuation of the 2007 study I suppose
