thx anon, and i don't know maybe they will. i severed my acl :( i put zinc ointment on the skin (not having any of that sports injury zinc oxide tape) and am taking my zinc and C for collagen, with a view to ligament repair. and yes magnesium to calm the inflammation and do whatever the heck magnesium does for trauma. it's weird my leg has been spasming like crazy too. needed the mag to calm it down. i haven't been keeping on top of my vit D though. except for that day on the beach thursday... what a burn :S eep

Sorry things aren't going well. That's not a good place to be. :( I've always found a good rock-out session to be cathartic...Prodigy?? Blue October??

Edit: Saw the news. If that is the source of your outrage, I don't think a rock-out session will help. Wow. So sad. What's happening to our world?

yes prodigy just might help. need to implement some better speakers on this thing first though >:( so very, very angry ...

terrible news, terrible things happening everywhere, all the time :S very sad. i didn't quite have the boston news fully on the radar yet at that point.

less angry more resolute today. still grrr but must shift focus to other priorities right now :S

getting closer to some info on surgery now.

at least i put my invalid time to good use. TWO degrees arrived in the mail today :) at long, long last :D
