Hmmmm...hahaha.....ALL bananas have the same effect on me.
Bisglycinate magnesium is more readily available here than glycinate magnesium. Have tried 3 different brands and all have same good results.

one family friend reported excessive laxative effect from mag bisglycinate. ?!? i checked the bottle. it was definitely the right stuff, if an unfamiliar brand. had thought maybe a mix up with that batch, but a family member used it up with no problem.
