We were away from home for over a week and Jeff forgot his Natural Calm powder (mag. citrate) I'd forgotten how bad his spasms were, since he's been taking the mg before bed for a year. I have read of too many people who experience spontaneous remission and complete improvement for no obvious reason. The Gold Coast Cure is one example.
