I think the suggestion was that current threads on general topics might be combined to make it easier to reference them. ) is that the circumstances have invariably changed, along with the research/references. Often new posters put a lot of effort into their replies (like I just did) to find solutions to the original poster's question. And quite often, many of the previous posters on resurrected threads haven't visited TIMS for months/years.Of course, I always feel like I'm the only one who actually pays attention to the posting dates anyway.
