Hi Cheer, It's Tuesday morning -- just wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you and Jeff. I'M on pins and needles waiting for the "all clear" on his procedure, so I can only imagine how you feel. Just know you're not alone and others are with you in spirit and cyberspace.

You are all wonderful people...I so appreciate the prayers and words of support.
It's 6:35 am -Jeff is checked in at the cath lab. He sent a few really sweet e-mails last night and this morning. He's ready to feel better, and is very appreciative we have insurance and the resources to do this....
I actually slept fine, and am ready for today. It will be hard not being there, by Dr. Dake said he'd check in by phone or e-mail.
After Jeff's family, you will be the first to know...

did dr dake say how long this procedure would take?
11:30am here...nothing.
Dr. Dake said yesterday he'd call around noon, assuming all went well. The stent procedure is very quick, but the set up takes awhile, and there's lots of testing and diagnostics before and after placement. Dake wants to monitor Jeff's blood flow and make sure all is good first. ACK....
breathe in, breathe out.

12:50...I couldn't wait to hear any longer, and just called the hospital. They just rolled Jeff into recovery, he is stable and doing well according to the nurse on duty, and they're giving him his i-phone to call me soon, so I should know more.
praise God
more later,
AC (the alright cheerleader)
Jeff texted me...his Att service sucks in recovery (his biggest complaint! LOL!), but his spirits are great, and if all is good, he gets to come home tonight...with TWO new jugular veins that will drain his brain. How cool is that???
