I do know people that will mail it, regular USPS mail, vacuum sealed inside a vacuum seal generally stuffed inside something that looks like a gift.

I like the chapstick idea, the only thing that would worry me is drug sniffing dogs.

It's been a lot of years since I bought pot. How much is it going for now? Plus I heard it's a lot more potent then 'the old days', so I guess you need less?

PS - Bubba, do they really put people away in jail in Florida for a chapstick container full?

the video (if you watch it) is very compelling!!!

PA HB 1393 The Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act - Pennsylvania likely to pass in 2010 - December 4, 3:18

Press conference prior to Dec 3 hearing.
PA Democratic Legislative Communications Office 87 year old Representative Frank L. Oliver, Sr. (PA) is not issuing press releases or granting telephone interviews on the highly passionate and very controversial medical marijuana bill being considered by Pennsylvania's legislature this session.

Rep. Frank Oliver is the Chairman of the PA. Health and Human Services Committee, to which HB 1393 was referred, after being introduced in April.

Staffer Karen Shaffer explained why Oliver is reluctant to go on the record with interviews. "It's his style to let the prime sponsor to push the bill forward. He wants to remain a facilitator. He likes to wait until the votes come in."

The first hearing took place on December 2, 2009. And the second is anticipated at the beginning of 2010. When the first hearing was scheduled, Oliver told his staff, "I'm bringing this bill out for a hearing. It's worth consideration." Insiders say that statement indicated his support of the bill.

The budget crisis in the fall back-logged many legislative calendar items. Shaffer expects a series of hearings during the next 3-4 months. "Two hearings within a 6 month period is a very good indication that a bill will pass," she said.

I currentky take Morpheine and have been on some kind of pain med for 5 years. it really messes with my stomach..So I am still considering it and today is one of those day where i would definetly try it..Do any of you use it and what is your exsperience with ..

My one issue is where do I get it !!

My curiousty got the best of me... So I find the proposed PA Bill and I just read that Arizona already allows medical mj... SO couldn't hurt to ask your DR.

http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/leg ... 93&pn=1714

From PA bill:
Although Federal law currently prohibits the use of marijuana, the laws of Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington permit the use of marijuana for medical purposes, and in Arizona doctors are permitted to prescribe marijuana. Pennsylvania joins this effort for the health and welfare of its citizens.

It also says you can have upto six plants and one usable ounce... If it's the same in AZ, you can grow your own - I would imagine that the climate there it would grow like crazy too...

Good luck... maybe you get some peyote too...

Sometimes I am very glad to be Canadian. I don't have a Scrip for it (yet?), but even if I were ever caught with it, it's not a criminal charge unless you're caught with huge amounts (more than even a casual dealer would ever have on-hand).

... besides, last time a cop caught me with a joint (many years ago, and before decriminalization), he took a puff and passed it back.

I don't have any chronic pain symptoms, but I find it helps with spasms, and helps me sleep. I've never slept well, but this helps a lot.

It makes me really wonder:

I have been a 'heavy' smoker for 18 years (1 pack~1.5 pack of Gauloises/Gitanes - Those are french 'black tobacco' cigarettes).
I have been diag for SPMS in 1998.
I tried Maria in 2002 for a 2 weeks 3 smokes a day (and still had my own Goldo's meanwhile). It makes me only sick (throw up, high like on a bad quality Vodka/Gin)
I stopped entirely to smoke in June.2005 after 6 weeks in tubed (it was an easy way out).
I tried again to 'puff' some pot since then and it only makes me sick :)

Marijuane never - ever helped any of my symptoms... But maybe I puff too little or too much... Dunno...

That is another 'wonder' ...

Well, there are lots of different strains of pot, and everybody reacts differently to each one. So, it could be that you are feeling sick because you're trying a strain that isn't effective for you, or is even just a low-quality strain. It can also be that no matter what type you try, you'll feel sick. Everyone is different.

I WISH!!!!! I didn't mean to sound like an azzhole earlier. I was in a hurry. Anyrate, I always, always, listen to the person and why they have the weed. More often than not, they end up with a "notice to appear" from me in lue of going to the pokey! Thats if it is not more than 20 grams 8)

I didn't think you sounded at all like an @§§h0|3. You've got a job to do, and it's an important one. You can't always choose what rules to follow.

My point was that, while I didn't want to move back to Canada, I'm glad to be in and from Montreal. Among many other things, the debate on pot is much more reasonable here than it is in the US.

How has it gone?

Post by notasperfectasyou »

I'm looking at all the curcumin stuff again. My thinking was tweeked over a product called Longvida. I'm not finding much about Longvida, but that's not really what I'm wondering about.

Bioperine.

There's no shortage of folks who swear by this stuff. But, I wonder, does it have potential interaction with other stuff? Like other supps, antibiotics or probiotics? If you've been taking this for a while, has it been beneficial?

It would be really nice to be able to put links in here

If I have included a bad link, google the word "Scholar", click link for "Google Scholar". Search for the name of the paper and author in Google Scholar.
