opioid crisis is a scourge :P

Lithium: occurrence, dietary intakes, nutritional essentiality.

The available experimental evidence now appears to be sufficient to accept lithium as essential; a provisional RDA for a 70 kg adult of 1,000 microg/day is suggested.

I feel life is like Star Wars. When you feel depressed you draw towards you the dark side which thrives on this energy. When you are positive you draw the light. What goes round comes round. While sitting start sending out the light force to help the world and your family. Absorbe it for yourself to give you the strength to sort things out. I never think religious, I think of life as a spiritual way of living. You can do so much and feel good doing it. Imagine a bright star shining above you. Breath it in and thrive.
