Targeting B cells implicated in progressive multiple sclerosis with rituximab (Rituxan) therapy might help patients diagnosed with the disease, according to data from a small study reported here..........

That's a 6 month old post. I think that the ms-uk.org site was redesigned in the interim.

Have been recommended Rituxan for my SPMS. Looking forward being evaluated by Oncologist. Any personal experience board members want to share?
