I think Rici is attempting to have a vein and valve "replaced" which is supposedly a "First" maybe he or Dr. Schnelling (sp?) could be of some help to you?

Thanks Lora, I'll see if I can dig out his thread.

Meanwhile, if anyone else could chime in with news about Jugulars being squashed or pinched etc and how they are being fixed, and by who - I'd be grateful.
Mutley goes to Poland 1st symptom was Optic Neuritis in 1998, DX RRMS Jan 2001, DX SPMS 2007. Last EDSS by doctor 7.5

I am going a bit off topic -

Dr. Zamboni reports that severe cases of MS are those with issues in Azy.
Could the high severity be because in case of Azy there is no alternate route and you have reflux almost 24X7. For example, if IJV had issues there would be respite in upright position ...
