hi beat!
it is nice to read the success story of someone so thoroughly on the same track with respect to nutrition (ex-vegan), stress management, immune system health, candida, and all!
my hormone research had thus far led me in the stress/adrenal direction but i'm now going to go back over my bloodwork and have another look at that t3:t4 ratio.
