Bobbi;CAN;July19;Feb19: Englander ... Special Saturday
I just got my 'liberation' date today ...
Albany has booked a few Saturdays and I got a call!!
The price is a little higher but it's for real.
My emotions are running high as I tell all my friends, who have been waiting in anticipation, of my good news.
Please continue to post as you hear your good news.
I'll keep in touch, Phyllis

I'm happy for you Bobbi. Albany has my first contact date as 2 July but so far have not heard from them. I'm in Canada.

Great news Bobbi (Phyllis) !

My wife had her procedure with Dr. Englander. The doctor is very nice and very down to earth. She won't make false promises and she is quick to admit that they don't have the full picture yet. The clinic is very nice, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are great. Good luck.

The postings from Doodles and erinc14 are the first I've seen that are out of order. I wonder what happened.

Bruce.

I am ambulatory and stable so I don't think that is an issue. I don't know what is happening either. I'll call the office to find out if there is any information available.

Hey gang ..... I don't know how I was chosen. Albany contacted me Jan 19 for an appointment Feb 19. I sent them a friendly email in Dec letting them know that I was free at a moment's notice and with any of their doctors. I think that may have helped my case?
Working on 'Saturday' seems to be a new way to help get through the wait-list.
I hope more of you get an appointment real soon.

Bobbi, I don't think we meant to make you feel that we were pouncing on you and for my part I apologize if you felt that way from my remarks. Naturally, those of us who are on the waiting list are anxious (just as I'm sure you were) so any news at all of the waiting list moving is always attention grabbing.

Got my date too

Post by RedfernTO »

My original call was June 28th. They called yesterday. March 11 w Dr Siskin.

They could not reach me right away - I was at a client's and the cell reception sucked. I saw the area code on the call and went OMG, I think it's them. I ran (ha ha) out to reception and checked the message. Took me a few tries to get though.

I have a driver, a backup driver and a secondary backup driver.
I cannot stop grinning.
