MS attack

Hi everybody,
I guess I have MS attack. My right hand and leg are weakly than left side. How can I help myself? Maybe some vitamins ? Or shouold I go to the hospital ?
Please, Could You answer me?

i would say, get checked out, and of course i will always support the nutrition approach too!
