Sorry I wasn't paying attention
I am still taking the 5g/day since beginning of February. It comes in the form of a powder that I mix with water; it has a strong taste of orange juice so I guess they have additives in it.
If I understand well; it might take a long while to see any noticeable changes; because it reinforce endothelial health (?). My wife said she find it easier to help my transfer to the wheelchair, but honestly: seen from this side there are no 'flashing' differences, maybe a little; and definitely not every day.
Because it probably cannot hurt (all excess is simply washed in urine) and that is cheap; I'll continue until next blood work and make comparisons.
Hope this help; don't hesitate to ask - I'll try to be more focused
Be well
