has anyone had an eeg that has ms?

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

Hi
I did not know this but I guess EEG does help determine if someone has MS. It makes sense. I wonder if you have to have lesions in the brain in order for the EEG to pick it up? I would think so. I think you had said that your husband's MRI was clear.

I'm guessing s/o = significant other.

EEG has been used in MS and does show differences but only when there is significant lesion load / cognitive impairment. It wouldn't be sensitive enough to make a diagnosis, especially if the diagnosis cannot be confirmed by MRI.
