If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

My toe hurts

Post by mscaregiver »

This has nothing to do with anything other than the fact that late last night, about 4 AM, as I walked out of the bathroom I slammed my left foot into the bottom of the door frame and after screaming and thrashing around and saying words no one could understand, which resulted in my parrots screaming and the dog running in uncontrolled circles, and others here in the house sitting up startled from a dead sleep and thinking we were under attack from some unknown force,I concluded I had broken every bone in my body, even though my little toe on my left foot was the site of impact.
As I lay sprawled out on the floor, sympathy and pity seemed elusive from the ones who had been asleep, and my trusty sidekick (Barf The Wonder Dog) even ignored me..

This is simply my complaining and whining post concerning the fact my toe hurts..

Thank you for your time and compassion..

LOL Philip, I can so relate to you. I just recently had the hub change the linen closet door in our hallway b/c it seemed the cats ALWAYS tend to leave it open when I get up and stumble around in the dark! Full body contact is just so not a nice thing to encounter for anyone in the dark.

I broke my little toe on the sofa on the way out to see the doc one day. I didn't even mention doing it again during a visit six months later.
Hope you are feeling okay soon.
