I cant imagine why anyone would
Be treated by another doc other than you. As well to
Hell with the closed minded neurologists. Its really selfish of
Them to not be a part of what ur doing. Meanwhile we progress

Nigel, i am an idea man. What i do it bring up possibilities. I can't validate all of them, but if i can stimulate some to join me in inquiry, i will have done my jobNZer1 wrote:WOW, In awe as always.
This is again big news that IVUS has found, with 'THE MAN' hanging on to it and reading the screen another reason for IVUS to be used, for eyes to be open and brain to not assume.
THANK YOU, Dr S
Bet your smiling as well and what a great way to change your career and make such a monumental difference in the world!
Thanks Dr,
Nigel
I find drs ferral and cummings have brought their own ideas to ivus. i am pleased to have stimulated them

So, where was all this blood coming from? Was it from a bypass of the J3 occlusion through posterior neck veins? Or was there an element of reflux from lower parts of the vertebral plexus (since there was a problem in the azygos)?drsclafani wrote:It had excellent flow, but that flow was not from the brain
edit: was the Δ value of the US normal?

There was a very large pharyngeal vein as you could see from the venogram i showed. it probablyhad anastomoses with other veins, some of which might have been the dural sinuses and emissary veins at the skull base.mo_en wrote:So, where was all this blood coming from? Re: DrSclafani answers some questions
sharon richardson told me last night that patients often forget that doctors can get sick too. So this is a reminder. I am off to the ER in a few minutes and will not be answering any questions for a few days, i suspect.
wish me luck
