If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

One "P.S." on this subject...this new vaccine is NOT a vaccine to prevent cancer, per se. It is to treat a virus that can ultimately lead to cancer. (Both my daughter and I had cervical cancer which was probably caused by this virus. Knew pretty much nothing about it when I was diagnosed.)

True, but there isnt just *one* cancer is there? There are many different diseases with different pathologies, cuases and outcomes all under the generic name "cancer" but each requiring different a approach.

My feeling about MS is that it is similar. Now I have no evidence for this but as I learn more I increasingly feel that MS is more than one disease. Not RR SP PP they are just convenience labels for neuros to do a statistical head count. So MS might be an autoimmune disease, it might be a response to CPn, it might be a response to EBV, etc etc or any of these in comibination or all of these independently.

(I've forgotten the relevance of this post :? in this thread since I started writing! Memory like a sieve :( )

JFH--your post made perfect sense (and I don't even have MS--just old!) and holds an opinion I hold near and dear to my heart--MS is not "one" disease but a convenience title for a variety of symptoms, the origin of which remains unknown.
