Hi HUD,

I'm taking these supplements/drugs:

- Vitamin D3 - 80,000IU/day
- LDN - 4.5mg/day
- Melatonin - 3mg/day
- Coimbra Complex of Vitamins and Minerals

Yes, I had insomnia for a couple of days. But the melatonin is helping to solve this problem. Now I can sleep well.

I'm following Coimbra for almost 9 months. And I'm taking LDN for almost one and a half months.

Now I will add Kombucha and Kefir to my treatment. I read the articles that you quoted and these good bacteria seems very important to treat Leaky Gut syndrome.

I will add the Ginger and Turmeric Tea too.
