Interesting, the only thing I noticed when I take vitamin D is that I get dizzy and light headed, and I gain large amounts of belly fat. This probably has something to do with blood calcium levels but I don't know After numbers of years, I now feel better not taking it. I wish I knew why

Am I glad to hear someone else had the belly fat issue. I thought it was just me. I also got bad constipation.
