Since five years ago nobody is diagnosed with PR-MS. The reason is that it belongs to an obsolete clasification. The new McDonalds criteria classifies these cases simply as progressive.

Thanks for the info. I didn't know that.

I was thinking it was a "made up" condition which the pharmaceutical companies could use as an excuse for marketing DMDs to people with PPMS. You never know when that first relapse might occur so you should take your DMDs to prevent it. They could even claim success saying none of the people with PPMS who were taking the drug ever had a relapse.

But maybe I'm just getting too susicious in my old age.
