1 week after solu medrol infusion

Post by Myxo1402 »

Hello everyone
It's been 1 week after the solu medrol treatment, i started to feel better during the week , but this morning i woke up with severe diarrhoea (after 1 week of constipation) ,
I feel like its just water coming out (sorry for the detailed description) .
I also feel weak especially in the knees .

Is it ok ? Could it be a side effect of the solu medrol withdrawal?
Thank you

Hi,

I would see the doctor about the diarrhea. Particularly, if it is dark, go to a doctor today.

The treatment can muck up your blood sugar and make you feel weak. Take a glass of apple juice and hopefully you will feel better in 20 minutes or so.

Light is good. Dark could indicate bleeding which is not something you want happening. Still, some advice from a doctor would be a good idea.

If its ok but you are weak, keep the apple juice at the ready.
