things have been going well in the pool. every time i climb out at the end of a session, nerve conductivity is subjectively better. not perfect, but improving. i don't have to wait any more, to be able to walk to the car. yay!

sheesh ya miss one week and it's back to lowered functionality after fitness class. probably a combination of missing the week and being really gung ho as well, to try to make up for the gap. after next week i lose my buddy for the summer. wish me luck keeping it going alone over the next couple of months!
