Unrefrigerated Copaxone in Ireland

Post by tulanian »

I picked up my monthly supply recently and noticed after I got it home that it wasn't cold. I know my chemist keeps it chilled, so I'm wondering if it arrived at the chemist unrefrigerated. Has anyone else in Ireland, Dublin specifically, noticed their Copaxone was not cold when they picked it up? I know it can be stored at room temp for up to 30 days, but if it's delivered to the chemist warm I have no idea how long it's been that way.

Cheers,

Bill

Hi Bill
I'm in West Dublin and no, my Copaxone is always chilled when I pick it up and in fact the chemist always says 'put it in the fridge'. Don't mean to panic you, because I know it says can be stored out of the fridge for x amount of days at x temp range, but I wouldn't be too happy to get Copaxone at room temp because you can't know how long it's been out.
