I've developed what is for me a mostly-annoying heightened sense of having urine in my bladder. It's like my bladder muscle says "hey guess what, you could pee right now if you wanted to!" even though I don't want to, and don't really need to - but it feels like I could. The frequency is annoying.
Anyway, I happened upon some research that suggested that pumpkin seed oil helps. I've been taking it for about two weeks now and I'm happy to report that it really does help with the "gotta go" feeling. For me it's basically back to normal now (I take 2 in the morning). Posting in case it helps someone else.
Also, here's a pubmed article with some research: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4032845/

Good info. Tnx.
Also stay away from sugar.
Corn syrup is bad and it's everywhere.
Artificial sugar is poison.
