Hi everyone,
More and more emphasis is being placed recently on the high levels of stress that are faced by people with MS. We also know that stress in various forms may worsen MS symptoms and relapses. For this reason, research has begun to investigate ways of reducing stress and mindfulness has become a hot topic in the MS world. However, we often feel we are too busy to give ourselves the time to minimise the stress by relaxing and refocussing. With this in mind, we have released the first in a series of videos that we hope will help with this process. The 200 series (videos only last 200 seconds) is a collection of stunning photographs (all taken by Eric, MStranslate co-founder), music and quotes that are designed to help provide relaxation and reflection.
