*My choice was Optima C-PC (Longvida curcumin with phosphatidyl choline - https://www.nutrasal.com/Optima-C-PC-p/optima_300.htm) but as they stopped it's production I bought a similar with Curcumin Ultra by AOR product:

i like that curcumin helps flip the copper zinc ratio in serum
