I am a participant (with SPMS) of the ‘REPAIR MS’ Trial/Phase 2; this trial is being managed by a company called Clene. The investigational drug is called CNM-Au8, which is administered in the form of liquid gold. As described by the company, “It may help improve myelin integrity and restore function of patients with MS – outcomes presently being investigated…”
After taking the drug for only 2 weeks, which you need to drink daily (it tastes like distilled water), I have no side effects and it has improved my energy and already helped my mobility slightly.
Damian Kunko , another participant in the trial, benefitted significantly when taking CNM-AU8.
