Man,
Throw a few good days in the mix and I think it results in a net negative. No I wouldn't trade the good days for the world, but a few days without ON and dizziness just make it worse when they come roaring back. It just lets you down. OK, I'm done. I freakin' hate this shitty ass disease. I go almost two weeks where I really (except for bladder and bowels) did well. Strong enough legs to go to almost 8:00pm w/out much pain, only maybe a 1/2 hour of dizziness a day and very little ON, and not much brain fog. Then it gets hot and it's all right back to "normal". There are sometimes where the frustration just gets overwhelming. But you all know that so I'm just bitchin'.

Man thanks for bringing me back to that analogy. It is a good tool to try and 'visualize' your way out of a funk. Heightened symptoms? Think about that analogy before you kneejerk. I'm serious and I appreciate your thoughts on this because I'm sitting here thinking "flare of symptoms or relapse?". This makes me come at it with a different mindset since nothing I'm experiencing is new. Some of the leg weakness is at a new level, but leg weakness is not new to my bag o' symptoms. I hate to bitch so much, but I really do use this forum as my support group!!
Hey, we are all in it this deep hole together.
I think that we don't get better, we just get use to the deficits.
You have every right to bitch when something takes away your comfort zone.
We each have our moments.
I hope you exercise regularly to create new pathways for these neurons to work in your brain.... I believe in exercise. I try very hard to do them regularly but how can one exercise an eye?????
Hang in there, there will be better days... More of them that is...
