Cold feet/hands?

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

no raynauds or cold hands and feet here :)
carpal tunnel dx, yes.
take control of your own health
pursue optimal self care at least as actively as a diagnosis
ask for referrals to preventive health care specialists eg dietitians
don't let suboptimal self care muddy any underlying diagnostic picture!

My wife has a mild case of ms, primarily affecting her right leg, and to a lesser extent, her right hand. Her hands and feet were always colder than mine, and her right hand in particular was always colder than her left. Three weeks ago, she had the 'liberation' treatment (ballooning right and left jugs). Since than her hand and feet have been closer to normal, and her right and left hands are usually the same temperature.
