Re: Olive Oil May Boost Blood Vessel Function

Hi daniel,
sorry this reply is so late. Yes, I still take the Budwig protocol of flaxseed oil/cottage cheese. I no longer have heinous allergies, it has completely eliminated them. And as for MS, I just feel better overall on it, a feeling of well-being.

Re: Joint and Muscle pain while on the Vitamin D Protocol

Hello everyone, Thanks for all your help back in September. I had to discontinue the protocol as it caused too much leg pain. Even though my protocol Dr. lowered the strength to 10,000 IUs from 15,000, it caused much pain. Also, I had a very bad fall and have been in PT for 5 months...and still am. ...

Re: Joint and Muscle pain while on the Vitamin D Protocol

Hi jimmylegs, I'm glad I took your advice on the Magnesium, I doubled up on my a.m. dose, now I take 300 mg with my Vit.D3 and I noticed an improvement overall in my leg pain, however, I'm now having shin pain like when I used to run... but great suggestion anyhow, thank you. Also I was scheduled fo...

Re: Joint and Muscle pain while on the Vitamin D Protocol

jimmylegs and Zyklon, I have no test results for Mag. I will have bloodwork in Nov. and "biochemistries" (not sure what that means) mid Sept., soon. As for Vit.K, I rarely eat meat and I don't eat dairy as cheese is a good source of it, yikes,I could be in trouble!! My protocol Dr. never mentions su...

Re: Joint and Muscle pain while on the Vitamin D Protocol

Thanks jimmylegs and Zyklon, Actually there's a little confusion, my mistake. I'm taking 15,000 IUs of Vitamin D in the morning along with 150 mg Magnesium Glycinate, in the afternoon I take another 150 mg Mag and in the evening I take another 150 mg of Mag. But not sure if it's the right dosage or ...

Re: Joint and Muscle pain while on the Vitamin D Protocol

Hi everyone, An update, I switched from Vitamin D gelcaps which are liquid inside to a capsule that is powder with no other ingredients, only Vit.D. At the same time, I added Magnesium Glycinate 300 mg(capsule form, no other ingredients). There was a noticeable improvement in my joint and muscle pai...

Joint and Muscle pain while on the Vitamin D Protocol

Hi to all on the Vitamin D Protocol, I started the protocol 3-8-18 just 4 months ago. But the second month in, I started having much joint and muscle pain in mostly my legs and lower back. I've read other patients comments about this but not how long this pain lasts. My pain is not lessening and it'...

Re: CCSVI and Colloidal Silver...safe?

Thank you NHE and ElliotB for the links, And I also found this "Apparently, silver colloids are mostly absorbed in the upper gastrointestinal tract, since colloidal silver does not seem to adversely affect friendly bacteria in the lower intestines. Silver can be toxic to nerve cells in the brain and...

Re: CCSVI and Colloidal Silver...safe?

Thank you NHE,
I have not tried saline but I will take your advice a harmless solution to a sinus infection. But how about other infections? Do you know if silver would be deposited in the brain and aggravate m.s. symptoms?

CCSVI and Colloidal Silver...safe?

Does anyone know if it is safe to take "Colloidal Silver" (internally) after being diagnosed with CCSVI? I have had angioplasty but it has been unsuccessful and I don't want to do any more damage than the m.s. is doing. Will this cross the blood brain barrier and be harmful to my brain? Any help wit...
