Hey everyone sorry I haven't posted in so long! I have been having A LOT of good days! Of course some days are still rough, but I have successfully and comfortably been able to have my pain meds reduced and am feeling so much better! Thanks for all the support!

Hey everyone! I see that a lot of people that post regimens are late stage MS Sufferers. Is it fair to assume that pain medications have stopped responding to the pain? Anyways, here are my daily meds that give me some relief: Oxycodone 15mg IR now 4x a day Soma 300mg 3x day 4th if needed Ativam 1mg...

So what kind of diet should I be looking at? High Fiber, Protein, carbs, high calorie intake? My diet is pretty poor right now and I'm a total soda junky. Could that be contributing to the pain? I do consume a lot of sugar as it is, but probably the wrong kinds. I love chocolate and soda.

I would really like to hear about everybody else's experience with MS such as daily life and medications that they find relief with. My biggest issues right now are the constant fatigue and aching pain. Gonna go to the doctor next week to see about medication adjustment.
