I have to say the Diet thing sounds interesting and i would love to be doing something about my MS not just waiting for the next problem. I can't say that i really have the money to pay 40 bucks for a dvd... wow that is pretty crazy costly. Do you know if there are any less costly or maybe even free...

I was told I had MS 5 or 6 years ago... I have never been that good with time. I am 32 now so I have been living with it ...
