Re: An observation...
Those ads always good for a laugh. Some glossy photos of patient X with MS since such and such a date doing something really boring like putting luggage in the car to go on a road trip. What a joke. What I take away from those ads too is that there are now options. Options that perhaps were not ther...

Re: Traveling with coaxone?
Been through plenty of airports even international from US to Mexico without so much as having been asked about it. I do cut the top off the box and fold it around the syringes so I have a label clearly identifying the drug and owner on it if there ever was an issue.

Re: MS and platelet count
No, but MS being considered somewhat of an auto-immune disease many people with MS have higher incidences of all sorts of things. ITP could be one of them. I was pointed towards Copaxone because it does not have any negative effects on platelet count. And from time to time my platelet dips down. So ...

Fundraising Ideas
I was diagnosed with MS three years ago. This will be my third ride with the Houston-to-Austin MS150 as a way of saying, "you don't have me just yet..." The ride raises 15+ million dollars each year for the National MS Society. Us MS'ers are a crafty bunch. What are some great ideas you ca...
