Re: I can't believe how good linseed makes me feel!

The flaxseed meal that I mix into smoothies stays in the refrigerator until I need it. It's my preferred source of omega 3.

A friend suggested learning about it for my PPMS. A clinical trial has almost ended, I believe.

Re: How long did it take you to be diagnosed with MS?

At first, I was in denial, which had no effect. It could have been revealed sooner, possibly. These days, some people care more about my SSDI money than my personal wishes, and that bugs me. In July I relocate to Albuquerque and the move excites me. Things have not gone well here in IL, so a fresh s...

Re: Suicide

Thoughts of taking my life came, and went. Ending up like Annette Funicello prompted my thoughts in that area, to be honest. New information, such as laser / light therapy for MS, keeps me going. The odds of me ever climbing a tree again are up there with winning the Powerball Lottery, but I accept ...

Re: CBD for MS

Vaporized THC worked best for me back when I had access to it in California. It calmed my shaking hands and helped me anticipate my bladder's hijacking of my attention.

Re: Step 1: Assess/Correct Your Nutrient Imbalances

Back when I lived in California I could order a Complete Blood Count of nutrients any month if I chose. My B-12 levels are higher than normal, which surprised every doctor, but did not matter. Here, in Florida now,the doctors seem borderline incompetent.

Re: anyone like me?

My shower chair is worth its weight in gold. Even a plastic patio chair with arms could suffice. Dx 10/2011 PPMS & back w/ parents & ran the numbers regarding suicide after watching a Canadian TV spot on Annette Funicello. Any attempt will fail, so staying healthy by not eating crap is all I have. F...

Take notes daily about your symptoms. Having a stack of notecards helps punctuate your claim. Even if nothing changes among them, that demonstrates consistency.

Re: Frustrated

PPMS…I had bad tremors & paresthesia at first. Now just sloppy & imprecise. My knowledge of adult diapers is great, I guess. Scared to try cutting my toenails, but almost hopeful.

Inclined Bed Therapy is the most affordable treatment for MS. Search for it on YouTube or Facebook. It involves a one-time investment.

Moving for Medical Cannabis

Medical Cannabis helped relieve my PPMS when I lived in California. Here in Florida I have no legal access to it and my body is getting worse. I want to relocate to Oregon or Colorado or Washington, but I cannot afford to live alone and I need wheelchair friendly housing. (I use my rollator walker i...

Re: Magnesium the neglected mineral

Dr Dean sells a magnesium supplement named RNA drops. It is made from fermented oats. My "subscription" became too costly. Now, I take a normal pill vitamin.
