I have seen that there are fans that pull the cooler air from under the bed and blow it under the sheets. I think Brookstone sells a few. Might help.

For me quality of life has improved greatly with the power chair. My energy stays high enough to work and not just collapse when I get home. I know that if I push WAY to hard I can bring on a excarbation. I find that by keeping the core temprature as stable as posible it helps limit this. I am going through the process now. I have enlisted the help of the PVA to help with all of the red tape. I was using the DAV but they had too large of a case load to get anything done for me. Discahrged medicaly in 1995. MS diagnosis 2011.
