Regular Aerobic workout improves MS?

Hi, I've been hearing a lot of people recently who claim that having good cardiovascular fitness (i.e. frequent aerobic workouts) actually makes the immune system "healthy" and therefore means that the MS will run a more benign course. Is this true? It seems a bit illogical though. Howcome...

Hi,

I haven't posted here in a while, but I was wondering if anyone knows about any upcoming treatments that actually re-myelinate rather than slow down progression. What are the names of these drugs and how long will it be before they are on the market (rough guess)

Hi,

When a nerve is demyelinated enough, the axon gets cut. Is this right? Is this what brain atrophy is, or is that something else? Is it possible for the axons to get cut without having brain atrophy?
